Job Function : To provide expertise and advice to support the development of operational implementation plans and associated service delivery processes, methods, and techniques.

Perform, track, and report on financial transactions within an organizational unit in accordance with policies and regulations.

Enable informed management decision-making, contribute to client / customer satisfaction, optimize profitability, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key Accountabilities :

1. Manage fixed assets end-to-end.
2. Prepare the HFM Pack.
3. Maintain the general ledger and sub-ledgers.
4. Perform monthly GL reconciliations.
5. Prepare and process journal entries.
6. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
7. Review supplier reconciliations.
8. Analyze monthly management accounts.
9. Handle ad-hoc financial requests from management.
10. Manage and develop team members.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Financial Accounting.

Skills and Experience :

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge of taxation legislation, IAS Standards, IFRS, Companies Act, and financial systems and procedures.
• SAP / Oracle experience preferred.
• Understanding of financial reports and documents.
• Solid grasp of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of organizational structures and operations.
• Proficient in advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word features.
