Job Objectives:

1. Ensure adherence to internal controls.
2. Assist with month end, year end and audit queries.
3. Supervise the financial clerks to ensure that the correct processes are followed and completed timeously and accurately.
4. Assist with budgeting, stock take and overall stock management.
5. Assist with overview of new costs related to the extension and new sites.
6. Costings workings and allocations to other facilities within the Inland Supply Chain Division.
7. Assisting the Finance manager with monthly, weekly and annual reports.
8. Assisting the Finance manager with capex, expenses and overall maintenance management and vetting quotes sent by Facilities department.
9. Be the first reliable approver for expenses before Finance manager does final sign offs.

Qualifications:

BCom Degree in Finance or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum three years Finance related experience.
