A leading insurance company is seeking an experienced Account Manager (Transportation & P&C Insurance) to manage and maintain client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years insurance experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in AMS and CRM systems. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts in trucking, property & casualty, manufacturing, and construction insurance. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Manage day-to-day client requests, renewals, endorsements, and certificates.
Support producers and executives with quoting, proposals, and account set-up.
Maintain client data in Momentum (AMS) and Go High Level / Salesforce (CRM).
Ensure timely delivery of insurance documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling / cross-selling.
2+ years insurance experience (preferred in trucking or commercial P&C).
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience with AMS / CRM systems (Momentum, Salesforce, Go High Level a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zoom Phone / RingCentral.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
