Job description

As a leader in Home Healthcare, Air Liquide takes care of patients at home in 35 countries, whose treatment for chronic diseases requires the use of medical equipment for respiratory assistance, infusion therapy, and nutritional assistance.

Its multidisciplinary teams (pharmacists, nurses, nutritionists) aim to improve patients' autonomy, adherence to treatment, clinical outcomes, and quality of life through cost-efficient offers combining added-value services and innovative technology.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

Air Liquide Healthcare UK is currently searching for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Diabetes team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our Tandem TSlim Insulin Pump across the South of London. Your territory may include other parts of London, so an openness to regular travel across these areas is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and implementing a sales strategy for Air Liquide's Insulin Pump across your territory.
  2. Achieving territory sales growth in line with revenue and pump sales targets.
  3. Traveling frequently within your territory and developing relationships with key decision makers.
  4. Representing Air Liquide at national meetings, exhibitions, and patient events.
  5. Taking ownership of your administration, including pricing agreements, budget management, expenses, and customer records.
  6. Developing and maintaining an understanding of the local diabetes market and attending training sessions where required.

The ideal candidate will be a natural people person with a background in sales and a good understanding of the Diabetes market. You will also need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales or Account Management position.
  • A good understanding of Diabetes and the treatments available to patients, which would be highly advantageous.
  • A background in medical device sales is essential.
  • A customer-oriented and service-driven approach, aiming to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
  • A clean UK driving license and openness to frequent travel within your territory.
