What you’ll be doing
  • Managing a portfolio of VIP clients – think top 20% red carpet treatment
  • Hosting checkpoint meetings and making client satisfaction your personal mission
  • Owning the delivery experience from the ground up – tech, service, and relationship
  • Bringing insights to the table with your strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Travelling to clients when needed – because face time still matters
