Job Summary

Achieve sales objectives and AOP targets within assigned product ranges or districts.

Pursue and generate sales leads, promote products, close orders, and coordinate internal sales logistics.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Calls and Presentations: Visit existing and potential customers, present product information, quotations, and proposals at various sales stages.
  2. Travel requirement: over 50%.
  3. Proposal Development: Prepare formal written proposals for customer presentations.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments to communicate customer requirements during inquiry responses and proposal development.
  5. Sales Goals: Develop achievable sales goals with management to meet IDM targets and AOP.
  6. Provide territorial feedback on marketing, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  7. Margin Development: Consult with manager on setting margins when deviations are necessary.
  8. Monitor and report on low or eroding margins, especially for competitively priced products.
  9. Written Communication: Maintain reports to track inquiries, quotes, bids, and performance against AOP.
  10. Other responsibilities as assigned or required.
Experience Required

Strong technical aptitude, excellent presentation and selling skills, and direct sales experience in Compressor Rentals.

Ability to develop good working relationships with team members, internal staff, and customers.

Above-average analytical skills to assess customer requirements and successfully promote products.

Qualifications

National Diploma or Bachelor's degree (desirable).

Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements

Flexible working, hybrid model, 50% travel.

Adherence to values and principles, ability to cope with pressure, decisive action, delivering results, and meeting customer expectations.
