Job Summary:

To achieve sales objectives and AOP targets within the product range or assigned districts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Calls & Presentations: Visit existing and potential customers, present product information, quotations, and proposals during various stages of the sales process.
  2. Travel requirement: Will be above 50%.
  3. Proposal Development: Prepare formal written proposals for presentation to customers.
  4. Coordination: Work with all internal departments to communicate customer requirements during enquiry responses and proposal development.
  5. Sales Goals: Develop achievable sales goals with management to ensure targets are met.
  6. Market Feedback: Provide feedback on marketing, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
  7. Margin Development: Consult with manager on setting margins and monitor margins to ensure competitiveness.
  8. Reporting: Maintain reports to track inquiries, quotes, bids, and performance against targets.
Experience Required:
  • Strong technical aptitude, excellent presentation and selling skills, and direct sales experience in Compressor Rentals.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with team members, internal staff, and customers.
  • Analytical skills to assess customer requirements effectively.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 (Essential)
  • National Diploma / Bachelors (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SYSPRP, etc.
Work Arrangements:

Flexible working, hybrid, with approximately 50% travel.
