Role Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager based in the North West, specifically Rustenburg, responsible for increasing Hilti's market share within the assigned territory and developing profitable sales. This role focuses on our Platinum Mining client segment - Production or Processing. Our company offers a high-performing, supportive work culture.

This position is a "bench role" aimed at building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Role Responsibilities:

You will own the development of sales within your territory, utilizing our sales process to analyze and capitalize on opportunities to meet targets. You will engage in diverse environments such as mining sites, construction sites, plants, offices, and warehouses.

Building strong relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators, and end users is essential. You will also promote key products, introduce new offerings, and ensure adequate coverage of customer accounts to foster profitable growth.

Demonstrating, servicing, training, and testing Hilti products will be part of your role. Staying informed about market trends, competition, and product launches through monthly reporting is vital.

What You Need Is:
