Job Purpose
Conduct relevant analysis to provide insights, themes, and trends to develop customer-focused product solutions. Promote new and existing VAPS products through engagement with the sales team to achieve set targets and grow profitability.
Responsibilities
Analyze specific problems and issues to identify the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
Analyze current performance inhibitors and find solutions to ensure business continuity.
Provide themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on partner input. Develop and implement project management plans to achieve specific goals.
Manage and drive partner-related projects to ensure all products meet business requirements.
Develop and implement a relationship management plan for partner accounts to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers, enabling effective communication and issue resolution.
Maintain current partner relationships and ensure regular meetings to discuss performance and partner services.
Ensure effective partner service delivery and satisfaction through investigation, feedback, and resolution.
Create and verify the accuracy of partner reports before presenting them to relevant partners.
Negotiate fee structures with partners as needed.
Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical skills and stay updated.
Engage in career development and performance management, setting personal goals and seeking continuous improvement.
Develop a personal network within the business sector, represent the organization at events, and gather market intelligence.
Research potential new partners and approach them to increase business revenue.
Ensure the right products are added to the portfolio to meet business targets by leveraging existing partnerships and onboarding new ones.
Communicate local action plans to team members, motivate them, and align efforts with broader business strategies.
Manage ongoing relationships with partner verticals to meet their needs.
Review departmental processes and protocols regularly to improve efficiency.
Update partner products, handle queries, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain quality assurance in product offerings and partner service delivery through testing and communication.
Coordinate with IT and external partners for system-related queries and updates.
Prioritize product development tasks to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
Monitor industry and market data, produce reports, and assist management in strategic planning.
Oversee legal agreements in collaboration with the legal division.
Implement best practices in systems and procedures, ensuring clear communication and understanding with partners.
Contribute to achieving targets in revenue, marketing, and conversion rates.
Provide quality service to partners, identify opportunities for new partnerships, and support retention efforts.
Align personal and business objectives with TSW principles.
Track financial performance against budgets, report variances, and oversee invoicing, statements, and payments.
Education
School Grade 12 (Required)
Experience
3–5 years of account, product portfolio, or partner management experience (Essential); experience within the Financial Services Industry and Marketing environment is advantageous.
Sales, Retail, or Business Development experience.
