The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales by promoting and selling company products and services to both new and existing clients. This includes cross-selling and upselling to ensure sales targets and service objectives are met. The role requires maintaining strong client relationships through effective service delivery and assisting with day-to-day account management to enhance customer retention and growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • A 3-year Degree/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within Information Services, Warehousing, Logistics, or a related industry.
  • A postgraduate qualification in Business Administration (advantageous).
  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within document management or archival services.
  • Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel between client sites as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with tender documentation preparation.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
