We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with the ability to travel as per the requirements of the role, to look after our Mining client base. The successful team member will take ownership of market share for Hilti for all activities — and further develop profitable sales.
This is a “bench role” which exists for the purpose of talent pipeline creation to address our future hiring needs as they become active.

You will take ownership of the assigned territory to develop sales by utilizing all elements of our sales process to effectively analyze, implement, and control opportunities within the territory to achieve the targets for the defined market segment. You will be active in various locations such as construction sites, industrial plants, offices, and warehouses within the Mining segment.
You will demonstrate, service, train, and (where appropriate) test Hilti products. To be successful, you must thoroughly understand the market and its players, gather information on competitors, market prices, new launches, seminars, new outlets, quality issues, and product deliveries, and report findings in monthly reports.

We give you significant responsibility and trust you to deliver outstanding results. You will report daily to your sales manager, who will support your training and development.
