We are in the Information Technology sector, specifically in the Internet Software & Services industry.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing and expanding relationships with our large client accounts in the banking, IT, and financial services industries.

You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing recruitment processes, and maximizing growth opportunities within existing accounts and new accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within major client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with client needs and objectives.
  2. Account Growth and Development: Identify opportunities to expand services within current accounts by understanding client hiring trends and needs. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized staffing solutions.
  3. Strategic Partnership Building: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into the talent market, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the IT and financial sectors.
  4. Recruitment Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for large-scale hiring initiatives within client accounts, coordinating with sourcing and recruitment teams to meet client timelines and quality expectations.
  5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics and client satisfaction indicators, preparing regular reports for both internal review and client feedback sessions. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with industry regulations and client-specific standards, especially within highly regulated sectors like banking and financial services.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular account review meetings with client stakeholders to discuss progress, upcoming hiring needs, and any challenges in meeting recruitment targets.
  8. Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve any issues within client accounts, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Experience: 5+ years in IT recruitment, with at least 2-3 years managing large accounts within banking, IT, or financial services industries.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT and financial services industries, with insights into the unique hiring challenges and regulatory requirements.
  3. Account Management Skills: Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, including a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client satisfaction and meet ambitious growth targets.
  4. Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior client stakeholders and internal teams.
  5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in using recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements.
  6. Project Management: Capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

  1. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical roles and skillsets in IT (e.g., software development, data science, cybersecurity) to effectively understand and fulfill client requirements.
  2. CRM and ATS Tools: Proficiency in using CRM and ATS systems for managing client accounts and recruitment workflows.
  3. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to manage contract renewals and ensure alignment with client needs.
