Role Overview:
Are you an experienced, highly driven Account Manager based in Johannesburg, with experience in the automotive, heavy machinery, manufacturing, or engineering industries?

We are looking for:
• Account Managers (Customer Facing – Eastern Cape / Western Cape / KwaZulu Natal / Gauteng)

This is a "bench role" designed to build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Role Responsibilities:
You will take ownership of your assigned territory to develop sales by utilizing all elements of our sales process to analyze, implement, and control opportunities within the territory to meet targets.

You will build strong relationships with partners, contractors, system integrators & end users, and actively develop the growth of key products by targeting appropriate customer groups and introducing new products. You will ensure adequate coverage for both existing and potential customers to foster profitable growth.

You will demonstrate, service, train, and test Hilti products as appropriate. To succeed, you must understand the market thoroughly, including competitors, market prices, new launches, seminars, outlets, quality issues, and product deliveries, reporting findings monthly.
What you need:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A completed degree or advanced diploma.
  • Work experience in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
  • Proven technical sales experience is advantageous.
