A leading health technology company seeks an Account Manager for Health Systems in Johannesburg. This role focuses on developing relationships with key accounts in the public and private sectors, requiring strong sales experience and familiarity with CRM tools. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably with a radiography background, and will work mainly on-site.

You will act as the orchestrator of relationships with accounts, focusing on the private and government segments, particularly in the KZN province of South Africa.Responsibilities include : Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with a select number of key accounts to establish or reinforce Philips as the preferred supplier.Growing the Public Sector Accounts business for Health Systems through strategic account management plans and building strong relationships within the government segment, including effective stakeholder management and engagement.Representing Philips Health Systems at key government forums to explore health technology opportunities.Coordinating efforts across Philips teams to maximize sales output.Collaborating with marketing, services, and supply chain teams to create optimal offers for accounts.Developing a two-year account plan translating targets into strategies and actions.Implementing action programs to enhance Philips' performance within accounts.Driving account team performance through systematic analysis and reporting of sales results, market trends, and competition, and proposing improvements.Ideal candidate profile : University degree with at least 5 years of successful sales or account management experience in healthcare or imaging solutions.Radiography background is preferred.Experience managing channel partners.Proven ability to develop and execute account strategies.Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.Strong track record of cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.Work environment : This is a field role requiring onsite presence at least 3 days a week, working at customer or supplier locations.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company committed to accessible, quality healthcare for all.
