Job description

At Coreline Engineering Solutions (CES), we’re proud of the people who make things happen — the planners, the doers, the problem-solvers. As our business continues to grow, we're now looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Fibre Planning Division.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a senior role, take ownership, and help lead one of our most important fibre planning teams in the fibre planning space.

What’s the role about?

As Account Manager, you’ll be the crucial link between our clients and our fibre planning team. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to the high standard CES is known for. Your day-to-day will involve managing client relationships, guiding planners, resolving challenges, and driving team performance.

You’ll also help foster a positive team culture — supporting people, setting the tone for collaboration, and contributing to a high-performing, efficient team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client relationships – Understand what clients need, keep them informed, and ensure they’re happy with our work
  • Team support – Help the planning team stay on track, manage workloads, and encourage collaboration
  • Quality assurance – Make sure all outputs meet the required standards and specs
  • Problem solving – Step in early when challenges arise and help find solutions
  • Reporting & insights – Track performance, share learnings, and drive improvements
  • Team culture – Model professionalism, encourage growth, and help create a positive, motivated environment

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in fibre planning
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Good understanding of fibre design and project delivery

Preferred but not essential:

  • 5+ years’ experience and previous supervisory experience
  • FOA Fibre Design / Project Management certification
