Job description

We are looking for a Contract Full-Time Account Manager with 3+ years of experience within an agency environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Act as the single point of contact for company clients.
  2. Serve as liaison between clients and the delivery team.
  3. Identify client needs, maintain a good understanding of client products and their business strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate client records, conversation journals, meeting minutes, monthly invoicing, and keep track of contract updates and renewals.
  5. Develop a thorough understanding of the company products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  6. Create & document account management processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and client impact.
  7. Get progress reports from the delivery team and present to clients.
  8. Monitor client-facing tasks and ensure that task descriptions are detailed and accurate.
  9. Monitor and ensure that client requests are completed by the delivery team in a timely manner.
  10. Meet regularly with other members of the delivery team to discuss progress and strategies for business development.
Qualifications
  1. Three years of account management experience, including a minimum of 1 year in the following areas:
  2. Managing B2B SaaS Clients.
  3. Using cloud-based tools like Zoho, Salesforce, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, or similar.
  4. Managing USA-based clients.
  5. At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social and Paid Media projects in any capacity.
  6. Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously - corporate clients, small businesses, startups, etc.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Good organizational and administrative skills.
  9. Must Have Soft Skills:
  10. High attention-to-detail skills.
  11. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  12. A tech-savvy proactive mindset, self-starter, and self-motivated.
  13. Experience working in a high-pressure agency environment.
  14. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
