Cartrack is a leading global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provider for small, medium, and large businesses, as well as consumers needing a software platform for data analytics to optimise fleets, driver behaviour, insurance risk, safety, and asset recovery.

The primary purpose of the position is to build and maintain relationships with existing customers as an Internal Account Manager.

Supporting clients via telephonic and email support, as well as travel.

A secondary purpose is to follow up on incoming leads and close deals where possible.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute daily to our mission of providing superior quality technology and information supported by first-rate service.
  • Contact, resolve problems & queries, and build relationships with allocated clients.
  • Service existing clients by uncovering their immediate needs (health checks, account reviews, fleet training, self-service portal).
  • Develop unique ways to grow the business with customers and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.
  • Deliver continuous training to business sources and clients to explain products.
  • Market and promote products to increase brand awareness.
  • Achieve above-average results on customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Update CRM and coverage reports daily.
  • Report daily activities to relevant Manager.
  • Attend to all fleet queries, setup of fleet reports and alerts.
  • Attend to de / re installations and repair queries and / or requests.
  • Attend to cancellation requests.
  • Attend to account queries.
  • Update client and vehicle information (self-service portal).
  • Ensure familiarity and adherence to applicable company policies and procedures.

  • Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
  • High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
