Job description

Your mission:

As a Business Account Manager in the Business Systems Sales division of Epson, you will develop and implement the go-to-market strategy to generate business growth and maximize sales of Epson’s Point of Sales and Label Printing product portfolio.

What you will do:

Sales:

  • Promote the Epson Business Systems product range to increase sales into specific reseller and end-user markets.
  • Set and achieve quarterly targets for the T2 managed segment within the defined product range.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan for optimal customer portfolio management.
  • Plan accounts with channel partners to identify and qualify new growth opportunities.
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline for the T2 reseller base, passing opportunities to relevant specialists and account managers.
  • Maximize opportunities from corporate account managers and vertical specialists.
  • Provide product training and support to channel partners (resellers and distributors) as needed.

Channel Marketing:

  • Review quarterly business and marketing plans, identifying new marketing opportunities with T2 resellers and the marketing team.
  • Manage and execute promotional campaigns within specified accounts aligned with customer and Epson business needs.
  • Track ROI of promotional campaigns in collaboration with partners.
  • Implement generic Epson marketing campaigns within aligned accounts effectively.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Support regional teams with accurate forecasting and relevant information.
  • Gather and report competitive marketplace intelligence, providing feedback for promotional activities.
  • Manage CRM initiatives as required.
  • Maintain Epson Partner Programme, reviewing qualification criteria and meeting partner sign-up targets.
  • Present regular reports, including portfolio, opportunity, and ROI reports.
  • Identify and develop relevant customer case studies for internal and external use.
  • Coordinate with support departments to resource accounts effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with end-user vertical/specialist sales managers to optimize Epson’s sales opportunities.

What we ask for:
