Mission / Core purpose of the Job :

Drive the growth of the Dealer Channel by increasing sales volume and quality, fostering strong dealer relationships, and ensuring excellent performance through collaboration and support.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas :

Sales Growth and Strategy :

  • Implement regional strategies to increase market share.
  • Create and execute account plans to meet sales targets.

Dealer Relationship Management :

  • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships.
  • Provide feedback and support to improve dealer sales performance.
  • Gather dealer feedback to enhance support and service standards.

Dealer Development and Support :

  • Identify and facilitate dealer training and development.
  • Coach and motivate dealers towards sales targets.
  • Resolve issues and support dealer success.

Operational Excellence :

  • Ensure compliance with operational processes.
  • Contribute to demand forecasting and provide meaningful intelligence to the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor and report dealer performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Performance Management :

  • Report on dealer network performance, achievements, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage dealer performance with guidance and support.
  • Align with company objectives and principles.

Qualifications

Education :

  • Minimum 3-year diploma or degree in a relevant field.
