Account Manager (100% Remote)

Full Time Hours 40hrs/week (must be able to work EST timezone)

We’re looking for a dynamic, client-focused Account Manager to help build and maintain strong relationships with brands, artists, and influencers using our client’s powerful promotional platform.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, social media, and artist-first technology—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can seamlessly bridge internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across music, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure platform adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Manage campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for key accounts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, ops, product) to deliver on client goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant platform features or services.
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights based on performance analytics.
  • Help troubleshoot issues, advocate for clients, and ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to renewal.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or campaign management—preferably in music, tech, creator economy, or media.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey value across diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project and time management skills.
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and draw clear recommendations.
  • Comfort working with CRM and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Airtable, or similar).
  • Passion for the music and creator space is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
