Skills :

Good understanding of Sales and Rentals, Mobile units or construction product knowledge, Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers

Minimum Experience :

At least 3 Years relevant experience, Successful track record in achieving targets, Report writing and previous experience using an ERP system, Ability to read construction drawings

Key Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales targets for Gauteng, Free State, and Lesotho, including regular visits to Lesotho and trips to Free State

Job Duties :

• Achieve sales targets and profitability in the specified regions
• Actively seek and create market opportunities
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Provide after-sales service and entertain customers
• Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline
• Achieve customer visit targets
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Ensure timely completion of enquiries, quotes, and tenders
• Load rental orders on the ERP system
• Assist with collection of outstanding payments
• Complete weekly and monthly reports accurately
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental protocols, including COVID-19 measures

Required Qualifications :

• Matric, Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Sales, Valid driver's licence

Education :

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Sales

Experience :

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with a proven sales record
• Experience in report writing and ERP systems
• Ability to read construction drawings

Knowledge and Skills :

• Understanding of Sales and Rentals
• Knowledge of mobile units or construction products
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers

Preferred Qualifications :

• Additional certifications in Sales or Marketing

Working Conditions :

• Travel to Lesotho and Free State required
• Office-based with occasional site visits and meetings
