Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic team at NxaTel. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our key clients. You will serve as their trusted advisor, understanding their unique business communication needs, and ensuring they leverage our cutting-edge solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned client accounts to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services that align with clients' needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze client usage patterns and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing their experience.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in the telecommunications or technology industry, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and client retention goals.
  • Strong understanding of UCaaS solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
