JOB TITLE: Intermediate Account Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Intermediate Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in customer relationship management, software solutions, and technology consulting. This role focuses on nurturing client relationships, managing customer accounts, supporting sales processes, and ensuring successful software implementation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account & Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to drive retention and long-term success.
- Support customers during software implementation and onboarding processes.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist in proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales and account growth plans.
Customer Success & Software Adoption
- Guide clients through the adoption of cloud, automation, and software solutions.
- Ensure customers are maximising the value of the company's solutions.
- Handle basic customer escalations and resolve issues proactively.
Operational & CRM Management
- Maintain and update CRM systems (Bitrix24).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or IT sales.
- Experience in software solutions, cloud platforms, or automation technologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and customer support teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Bitrix24).
- A proven existing client network to leverage from.

REPORTING TO: Chief Commercial Officer
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
COMPENSATION: R45000 + Commission
