A technology solutions provider seeks an experienced Account Manager to drive enterprise sales by offering tailored hardware and software solutions. This role demands strong customer engagement and solution selling skills, with a proven track record in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will engage with enterprise clients, conduct sales analyses, and present compelling proposals. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a Matric/Grade 12 qualification are required.

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth and success of enterprise sales by delivering tailored solutions that combine hardware, software, professional services, and system integration. This role is ideal for a dynamic, tech-savvy sales professional with a passion for solution selling, strong customer engagement skills, and a track record of closing complex deals. You’ll be responsible for managing existing accounts and driving new business opportunities, while building trusted relationships at senior and middle management levels.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with enterprise clients to assess business needs and recommend suitable mobile technology solutions
Conduct detailed sales analyses, including warehouse walkthroughs and route rides, to uncover operational inefficiencies
Prepare ROI documentation to communicate the value and financial benefits of proposed solutions
Develop and respond to proposals and RFPs across various industries
Plan and tailor solution configurations to meet specific customer requirements
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers and prospects
Secure and renew orders, manage delivery expectations, and provide ETAs
Promote and sell the full portfolio of offerings including hardware, software, professional services, and integration services
Prospect and develop new enterprise-level sales opportunities
Create detailed costing models to determine optimal pricing strategies
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets
Requirements :
Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement)
5+ years of B2B sales experience within the IT or enterprise solutions environment
Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage sales pipelines and accounts
Strong experience presenting complex solutions to executive-level stakeholders
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport
Proficiency in standard office and sales-related software applications
