Key Responsibilities :

  • Account Management : Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your assigned accounts, providing outstanding customer service and administration support.
  • Account Development : Partner with clients to understand their needs, add value, and grow existing accounts through strategic sales and support.
  • Sales Hunter : Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities, selling or leasing solutions to C-Suite customers.
  • Relationship Management : Oversee service provider and partner relationships, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Industry Insights : Stay informed on industry trends and innovations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Risk Management : Identify and manage business risks while keeping commercial goals in focus.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a professional services business, with proven ability to manage, deliver, and grow accounts.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Asset Financing or technology solutions sales, with a successful track record in selling high-end services and solutions.
  • Tertiary qualification; an IT background will be advantageous.
  • Sales-related training and development.
  • Strong product / service knowledge
