Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager with proven ICT / Managed IT Services expertise to build strong client relationships, drive retention, and grow revenue. You’ll be the primary contact for assigned accounts, acting as a strategic advisor to C-level stakeholders and aligning technology solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Leverage your technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and voice solutions to guide client strategy.
  • Gather insights, resolve issues quickly, and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in ICT account management / sales ( Managed IT Services essential).
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with Microsoft (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Autopilot) advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant Diploma / Degree in IT, Business, or Sales / Marketing advantageous.
