Responsibilities
- Manage client renewals for up to 100 clients.
- Proactively identify and execute opportunities to sell new and complementary services, as well as upsell existing services.
- Ensure product adoption.
- Facilitate change management and product enhancements.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations at a C-suite level.
- Coordinate with various teams to meet customer expectations.
- Continuously assess client needs and business objectives.
- Develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist teams in meeting financial targets and growth objectives.
- Engage with customers to positively influence their perception of what is possible, from both a business and strategic perspective.
- Educate customers on relevant functionalities to increase usage and product adoption.
- Assist customers in resolving product issues or concerns.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve moderately complex issues.
- Bring innovative approaches to client onboarding within prescribed time frames.
- Prioritize for the best customer experience while driving retention across the customer base.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; postgraduate education is advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years in customer service or account management.
- Strong communication, social skills, and eloquent writing skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, creative thinking, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience in account portfolio planning and prioritization.
- Ability to serve as a credible advisor and coach, especially around change management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of nCino product and platform features.
- Proven effectiveness in leading meetings and workshops.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and automation.
- Understanding of software development and design methodologies.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions.
- Capacity to coach, mentor, or lead with minimal guidance.
Desired
- Additional language fluency in Afrikaans preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems and relational databases.
- SaaS experience.
