Employment Solutions is seeking an Account Manager for a dynamic financial services/fintech client. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, onboarding clients, and managing forex accounts for individuals and corporates.

You will collaborate with the sales team, address client requests, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role.
• Ideally hold a tertiary degree in management, finance, administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong technical literacy and interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
• Have strong mathematical skills and numerical competency.
• Proven experience in client management, communication, and administration.

• Analyze root causes of customer success or failure to drive improvements.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and activities are tracked.
• Assist clients via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and meetings.

Duties:

• Conduct in-person visits to clients to assist with and explain the onboarding process

• Manage and understand administration related to forex transactions

• Collaborate with the sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and foster existing relationships

• Oversee multiple forex accounts for individuals and corporate clients

• Address challenging client requests and escape issues as necessary

• Develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention

• Retain clients by building trust and understanding client needs

• Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio

• Analyze root causes of customer success or failure and contribute to product or process improvements

• Manage customer activity efficiently with follow-up until issues are resolved

• Assist clients via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and face-to-face meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role

• Ideally hold a tertiary degree in management, finance, administration, or a related field

• Demonstrate strong technical literacy and competency
