Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Development and Validation:

  • Identify and validate selected client opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide solutions aligned with client needs
  • Develop and present proposals in line with corporate identity
  • Ensure client understanding and obtain sign-off

Finance:

  • Negotiate business terms and formalize in SLA
  • Coordinate invoicing and client account setup
  • Escalate payment deviations

Customer Service:

  • Brief operational teams and ensure timely reports
  • Manage client relationships and delivery challenges

Administration:

  • Update sales pipeline and CRM regularly
  • Prepare sales reports

Post-sales Stakeholder Management:

  • Build ongoing relationships and identify new opportunities

Financial:

  • Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability

Marketing:

  • Research industry trends and network at conferences
