Role Description

This is ideally a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at Top Value Telecom in Johannesburg, with flexibility for remote work. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing and creating new ('plug and play') communication systems (training provided). The role involves working mostly independently, with daily reporting and significant administrative tasks. Consultants and entrepreneurs are also encouraged to apply instead of traditional employees.

Competitive basic salary with unmatched commissions/share options, potentially earning a multiple of the base salary. Expenses incurred are reimbursed by TVT.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Afrikaans.
  • Proven experience in account management and sales of detailed products.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree or well-recognized diploma or certificate, practical and theory-based, in addition to a Matric qualification.
  • Reside in South Africa (head office) and willing to visit the office and clients occasionally, possibly a few times weekly or monthly.
  • Own a reliable vehicle to meet with leads and clients during any weather, Monday to Friday.
