About the Team

In South Africa, we focus on boosting clients' businesses by providing top-notch digital advertising solutions with professionalism, integrity, and passion. The team plays a crucial role in bringing the company’s innovative products to market, working closely with technical and account management teams to ensure high campaign performance.

The Account Management team is vital in driving our company's success, working collaboratively to deliver results. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building excellent relationships with our existing and new clients. Your expertise and active listening skills will help them achieve their goals.

You will work closely with the sales team and technical account management team and report to the Account Management Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
  2. Cooperate with the largest brands in the African market.
  3. Meet clients face-to-face regularly to ensure premium customer service.
  4. Create campaign strategies across various industries based on data analysis, creativity, and client needs.
  5. Adhere to company goals related to campaign management, including campaign margins and scaling.
  6. Respond to customer requests and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  7. Regularly report campaign status for major clients and suggest improvements to the manager.
  8. Focus on customer success and building long-term relationships.
  9. Provide information about the company's services and products.
  10. Assist customers with launching ad campaigns.
  11. Obtain reviews, process orders, and ensure timely payments.

Desired Experience:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
  2. Preferably experience working in adtech, either as an advertiser or at an agency, in online performance and awareness campaigns.
  3. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Knowledge of customer support tools and processes.
  5. Ability to identify and understand customer needs.
  6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to multitask, high energy, resourcefulness.
  9. Motivated and eager to learn.
  10. Advanced English skills (C1 level).
  11. Candidate should be based in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
