My client, based in Cape Town, is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain strategic, transverse relationships with customers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  2. Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Understand the customer's overall business environment, including competitive landscape, growth strategies, productivity, and profitability.
  4. Identify customer needs and pursue opportunities aligned with the commercial strategy, market trends, category, and portfolio.
  5. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop operational and strategic plans, including targets and budgets.
  6. Drive the closure of long-term sales contracts.
  7. Ensure accurate sales forecasting.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Marketing and sales experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level).
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Must possess a Matric Certificate or equivalent.
