Job description

The purpose of this role is to market and sell all the company products and services to new and cross sell and upsell to existing clients and to maintain excellent customer relationships through effective service delivery.Location : Cape TownJob type : On-site - PermanentDuties and ResponsibilitiesProvide purpose fit solutions through an in-depth understanding of specific client needs and provide customised solutionsEngage with clients on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships.Stay abreast of and inform the Sales Manager / Sector Head of changing market and competitor trends.Maintain a current and updated database on all clients in own portfolio.Report sales and service statistics to the Sales & Service Manager / Sector Head on a weekly basis.Ensures that the service offering provided satisfies customers' needsResolve all enquiries or queries.Assist with preparing and presenting business proposals to both existing and new potential customersEnsures effective classification of client information to ensure fast and accurate retrievalKeeps informed of legislative requirements pertaining to document & records management.3 year Degree / Diploma / Higher Diploma in Sales / Marketing / Retail ManagementAt least 3 years' experience in a sales / business development role preferably in Information Services / Warehousing / Logistics or similar environmentPostgraduate qualification is business administration will be highly advantageousAccount management experience in document management and archival related or similar industry sales will be preferableBusiness to business (B2B) experienceExcellent track record in delivering high level sales presentationsExcellent track record in meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales targetsHighly computer literatePrepared to travel between sites / clientsExperience in tender document preparationOwn vehicle and valid driver's licenceSkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Flair and drive for salesBusiness acumen and be able to communicate with senior to top management levelsShould meet the above criteria, we invite you to apply directly to the advertisement.
