We’re looking for a seasoned Account Manager to join our team within the Quality Control Division. Your primary mission? To proactively manage and grow our client base by delivering world-class service, building lasting partnerships, and driving value through technical collaboration and strategic insight.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide expert advice and support on our product and service offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and client growth initiatives.
  • Drive customer education on capabilities, products, services, and emerging technology trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts, contracts, updates, and renewals.
  • Consistently identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services and solutions.
  • Foster client advocacy by creating referenceable accounts and increasing customer lifetime value.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula use.
