• Operate as the lead point of contact for all account-specific matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 education.
• At least 2 years of experience as the lead point of contact.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
