We are looking for an Account Growth Manager in Durban. This role manages and services existing corporate accounts while onboarding new ones through device installations, branding, and promotional campaigns with aggregation partners. It also supports lead generation for the Pay with Flash (PWF) segment through activation drives and consumer engagement for the 1 Voucher platform.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ongoing service and support to corporate account clients.
  • Install new devices for corporate account clients.
  • Execute branding across corporate account clients.
  • Train and support within the FNB channel to ensure product knowledge and efficiency.
  • Identify and generate leads for the PWF segment of the business.
  • Organise and execute promotional activities with selected partners.
  • Grow and signup consumers for the 1Voucher through targeted outreach.
  • Provide feedback and reporting to support operational improvements and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the informal market and retail partners.
  • Valid driver’s licence

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Demonstration of basic sales skills including understanding how to talk to customers, explain product/ device benefits and encourage signups.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients through regular visits and follow-ups
  • Comfortable using smartphones, apps and digital tools/ devices (including MS Tools such as PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Understanding of basic record keeping principles
  • Speaks clearly and confidently and can present well in a formal setting or to senior management
  • Demonstrates the ability to take responsibility for meeting daily tasks and performance targets (KPIs) with minimal supervision.
