The Role: Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you'll be the trusted closer at the pivotal stage where interest becomes opportunity. With a steady flow of inbound leads, live transfers from AI agents, and demo requests, your role is to guide prospects through compelling sales conversations and close deals quickly. You'll operate at the intersection of warm leads and strategic closing, perfect for high-energy sales professionals who love fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Take live call transfers and inbound leads directly from the voice AI engine
Run high-impact discovery calls that qualify interest and schedule demos
Deliver fast, value-driven product demos and guide prospects to close
Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging and overcome objections
Consistently hit and exceed weekly close targets in a high-velocity environment
About You
2-5 years of B2B sales or SDR/AE experience
Confident communicator on the phone and Zoom, with natural rapport-building skills
Comfortable handling 10+ live calls daily and operating under pressure
Energized by start-up culture and ready to contribute to team growth and playbook development
Flexible across global time zones (leads span AU, UK, UAE markets)
Clear, neutral accent easily understood across key markets
Available to work Australian business hours
