Job Title: Associate Director - Digital, Marketing, Communications and Sales

A global software company is seeking several account executives due to the organic growth of the business.

During the sales journey, the Account Executive serves as a strategic advisor to both customers and prospects, utilizing consultative, value-based, and outcome-focused selling techniques while engaging with C-level executives.

The Account Executive must adeptly leverage both internal and external stakeholders to successfully create qualified opportunities, secure new business, and enhance presence within existing accounts, fostering long-term, close partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. Driving revenue within assigned territory utilizing your extensive sales expertise and background in process consulting or enterprise software.
  2. Identifying and engaging potential clients within the territory, showcasing the value proposition and addressing their specific business challenges.
  3. Leveraging your knowledge of methodologies and frameworks such as PDCA, TQM, Lean Six Sigma, ERM / COSO, Value Chain (Porter), and Business Model Canvas to tailor solutions to clients' needs.
  4. Collaborating with clients to understand their business process management, risk & compliance management, and enterprise architecture management needs.
  5. Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and methods related to business process analysis & modeling, process mining, internal control & audit to aid you in negotiation with clients.
  6. Managing the entire sales cycle, from hunting and prospecting to pipeline generation, opportunity management, and successful deal closing.
  7. Providing regular updates and reports on sales activities to the sales leadership team.

Qualifications:

  1. Career trajectory working within software sales.
  2. Ability to sell to C-suite.
  3. Must be extremely self-motivated.
  4. Must have in-country experience.
  5. Strong B2B background.
  6. Will consider fully remote if the candidate is based in-country and has full rights to work.
