Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline across South Africa. You will own top-of-funnel activities: researching accounts, sourcing contacts, and booking meetings with decision makers to introduce Blacksmith to potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and Salesforce to execute thoughtful outreach, maintain accurate records, and help the team hit ambitious volume and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
