Qualifications

• B2B sales experience is preferred and prior SDR or BDR roles with quota are valued.
• Candidates should have around 2 years in an SDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalize outreach are essential.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo is expected.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable attitude is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback with the sales team.
