Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel by researching accounts, sourcing decision makers, and booking meetings with qualified prospects, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As an SDR, you will craft personalized outreach using email, LinkedIn, and phone, identify and target decision makers, and maintain clean CRM records.

Formación

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
