Blacksmith Agency, based in South Africa, is hiring Sales Development Representatives to open doors and drive pipeline. As an SDR, you will research, source and book meetings with qualified decision makers, creating the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

This full-time remote (South Africa) role lets you own the top of the funnel by crafting targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn and phone, while maintaining CRM hygiene in Salesforce and SalesLoft.

Qualificações

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.
