About the Business Division:

This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency and subsidiary of M3 Inc., specializing in data collection for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry in the Nordics, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland.

Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will manage assigned accounts, maintain client contact, and serve as an ambassador for QQFS. Your responsibilities include preparing and delivering client bids, providing excellent client service, and advising clients based on your expertise.

You should be skilled in developing bids, establishing feasibility, pricing, and ensuring timely delivery, while proactively developing your accounts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and growing accounts
  • Managing bids, logging them in the MR system, and following up on outcomes
  • Understanding pricing, feasibility, and client business specifics
  • Preparing client contracts and reviewing documents for accuracy
  • Ensuring project delivery by guiding the fieldwork team and managing escalations
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet company goals
  • Suggesting process improvements to management
  • Networking for new business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Ability to use knowledge of client business in discussions and briefing
  • Experience in managing client relationships and foreseeing potential issues
