Including, but not limited to the following:

  • You will develop strong relationships with your assigned accounts and work to grow each account according to your objectives.
  • You are responsible for the bids allocated to you. You will respond to these bids promptly and log them properly in the MR system.
  • You will follow and understand the pricing and feasibility grid, timeline recommendations, and have a good understanding of the client’s business. Seek advice from the fieldwork team for market specifics to provide the most accurate bids.
  • You will follow up on bids, record outcomes, and discuss strategy changes with the Managing Director if needed.
  • You will prepare client contracts based on templates and review the accuracy of client commissioning documents.
  • You will ensure excellent project delivery by working with and guiding the fieldwork team, briefing them on project and client specifics, and supporting escalations.
  • You will collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals.
  • You should review current processes and practices and suggest improvements to the Managing Director.
  • You will actively network within existing and new client contacts to identify new business opportunities and prospects.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Junior Account Managers should go beyond just knowing their client’s business. They should be able to use this knowledge in discussions with clients and when briefing the project team.

Productive Client Relationships:

Experience should enable Account Executives to foresee and prevent potential problems in client projects and bids, working with the fieldwork team to manage expectations and deliver optimal outcomes.

New Business Culture:

Own and promote a vibrant, competitive, and supportive business development culture, focusing on prospecting and acquiring new accounts.

Presentation and Communication Skills:

Strong competency in client presentations, project reviews, and participating confidently in kickoff calls with the Managing Director.

Teamwork:

The Account Executive coordinates the team, providing accurate briefings and ensuring information availability. They should work comfortably across departments and know when to seek guidance from seniors.

Financial Responsibility:

Projects should be sold within feasibility guidelines, pricing lists, and discount plans, with approval sought from the Head of Business Development for cost reductions.

Creative Thinking:

Ability to find innovative, relevant solutions beyond the obvious is central to QQFS’s offerings.

Personal Qualities:

This role requires enthusiasm, pride in continuous improvement, eagerness to learn, and exceeding expectations and targets.
