Job description

About the Job:

Do you thrive on making things happen, managing details, and keeping clients happy? Dawning Digital is hiring an Account Executive to help drive results across paid media, client accounts, and project workflows. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal and external teams, and make sure campaigns are launched, optimized, and reported on, flawlessly.

You Might Be Our Person If You

  • Have 3-5 years of marketing, paid media, account management, or project management experience (agency experience a big plus)
  • Understand paid media management across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Know how to monitor campaigns daily, optimize budgets, and translate performance into actionable next steps
  • Have experience with lead generation strategy and CRM systems like HubSpot (creating, managing, and reporting on leads)
  • Are comfortable building and presenting performance reports that are clear, meaningful, and action-focused
  • Know how to manage multiple client accounts, campaigns, and third-party vendors at the same time, with strong follow-through
  • Are highly organized and manage projects using tools like Asana and Slack
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with clients and teams (we don’t chase people for updates here)
  • Are fluent in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and can build a project tracker or reporting deck without a YouTube tutorial
  • Stay calm under pressure and problem-solve before anyone even realizes there’s an issue
  • Takes initiative, are coachable, and thrive in a remote environment

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with client onboarding processes and setting up campaigns in HubSpot
  • Can identify areas to upsell or improve client accounts
  • Have a strong eye for detail in both strategy and execution

  • Campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CPL, conversions)
  • Timely and accurate reporting
  • Internal task and project completion rates
  • Strong and proactive communication with clients and internal teams
