Job description

The Account Executive - Onboarding Experience & Project Implementation will bridge client relationship management with project implementation, ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient project execution, and alignment with company strategies.

This role requires strong communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional outcomes for property owners and stakeholders.

Job Duties:
  1. Serve as an owner advocate, fostering strong relationships through proactive communication regarding investment performance, policy updates, and operational changes.
  2. Lead the onboarding journey for newly acquired properties, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely and successful launches.
  3. Manage owner-related projects, including home upgrades, offboarding, and transitions, ensuring alignment with company priorities and budgets.
  4. Oversee communications across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  5. Monitor project progress using project management tools, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  6. Provide strategic guidance and feedback to owners and team members, balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders.
  7. Optimize department processes to enhance efficiency and owner satisfaction.
  8. Address concerns in profit and loss reports during owner meetings and collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
  9. Develop presentations and reports to communicate project statuses and achievements.
  10. Conduct and lead project meetings, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration for successful project implementation.
  11. Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities.
  12. Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  13. Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting.
  14. Perform other duties as requested.
Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years in client relationship management, project management, or related roles. Renovation/construction project management experience preferred.

  1. Proficiency in project management tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  2. Strong proficiency of English in professional settings.
