Purpose of the Role
To provide proactive business banking sales and service management, retaining and growing a portfolio of business clients by identifying and implementing value-adding financial solutions from standard or customized offerings.
Minimum Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of banking experience, with 3 years in Business Banking.
- Experience managing complex portfolios with a focus on service and financial analysis.
- Client relationship management of high-value clients with diverse needs.
- Significant experience in preparing and motivating credit applications.
- Experience in cost control and sales management.
Minimum Qualifications
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management or Finance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Finance.
Knowledge Areas
- Principles of business economics and current economic environment.
- CRM principles, especially projecting credibility and presence.
- Industry sector risks and external factors affecting markets.
- Local market sales principles for portfolio growth.
- General banking practices and competitor analysis.
- Credit principles, including applications and securities.
- Knowledge of legal entities and legislative restrictions in financial services.
- Understanding of FAIS and FICA regulations.
- Ability to analyze CRM insights for client management.
- Understanding of Business Banking operations and risks.
