Job Description

To support the Account Executive by analyzing, managing, and administering a portfolio of clients. This includes credit application processes and ongoing quality risk management of clients' credit facilities and data, to assess the risk involved in extending credit or lending money, supporting broader client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and administer a client portfolio, including credit approval and ongoing risk management.
  2. Deliver exceptional service by educating clients, offering suitable solutions, and maintaining relationships.
  3. Support in resolving customer queries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  4. Monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues promptly to enhance service delivery.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Relevant NQF 6 or higher qualification in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  2. 3-4 years of relevant relationship experience within the financial/banking sector.
  3. Strong proven knowledge and experience in Commercial Credit.
  4. Not an unrehabilitated insolvent.
