Description

To support the Account Executive by analysing, managing, and administering a portfolio of clients, including credit application processes and ongoing quality risk management of clients' credit facilities and data, to estimate the risk involved in extending credit or lending money in support of broader client relationships.

  • Monitor process turnaround times and quality standards, resolving issues promptly to improve service delivery.
  • Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio through outreach and lead generation.
  • Manage sales pipeline, entering and maintaining qualified leads.
  • Support customers in resolving queries to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Educate customers on products to promote retention, increase sales, and grow the customer base.
  • Administer activities efficiently and effectively within the area of work.
  • Review daily transactions to ensure timely closure of new business applications.
  • Ensure compliance with systems and procedures as laid out by FNB.
  • Track and influence sales activities to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports on service delivery against SLAs and customer targets.
  • Create and review personal development plans with team leaders or managers.
  • Master the competencies and skills required for personal development and performance.
  • Possess exceptional customer experience skills.

  • Hold a relevant degree.
