Key responsibilities:

Client support: Assist the account management team in day-to-day client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates.

Administrative tasks: Manage documentation, prepare reports, and maintain organized records of client interactions and project details.

Meeting participation: Attend client and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and disseminating action items to relevant parties

Quality Assurance: Review deliverables for accuracy and quality before they are shared with clients

Billing support: Assist in preparing cost estimates and sharing them with clients

Qualifications

Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business

Previous experience or internships in a marketing or agency environment is advantageous
